Dear Mr. Harris:
When I bought a 2007 PT Cruiser a year ago "everyone" told me I'd be sorry because there isn't a single Chrysler Dealership Service Department worth 2 cents in the Atlanta area. "Everyone" told me I'd better find a good shade-tree mechanic because I was going to need one, and often.
Recently I had one of those terrify (to a little old lady car owner) and potentially life-threatening (to a car) dashboard warning lights come on. And I was distressed to hear from my shade-tree mechanic and Superior Chevrolet where I bought the car that only a Chrysler dealership could help me. It was pure chance that Town & Country in Conyers caught my eye as I searched the internet for a dealership near me to have the ailing car towed.
WOW! Was I surprised, amazed and thrilled with the quality of care and service shown to me by your service department.
Assistant Service Manager, Carol Boswell, was first class from the git-go. I appreciate her patience, knowledge and clear communication. Communication was often with her throughout my perceived crisis. UNHEARD of said "everyone" when I shared my experience with anyone that would listen.
Thank you and your wonderful service staff for making my service ordeal so satisfying. Having been in a service oriented industry for 30 years, I am well aware of the old saying "A dissatisfied customer tells at least 10 others and a satisfied customer may tell one". I'm a satisfied customer telling "everyone" that will listen about my Town & Country Service Department experience
I'll be back, and when I've owned my PT two years, I'll be heading to Conyers to see if your sales department can help me with a trade-in. Because of your leadership, I bet they are just as pleasant to deal with as your Service Department.
Thank you again,
